Job Description

As a Digital Content Specialist in our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality content and support to our partners. Your main goal will be to ensure that our partners' online presence is optimized and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide SEO optimization recommendations and conduct keyword gap analysis
  • Conduct content audits and prepare presentations for our team
  • Quality check and feedback on audit results
  • Highlight key gaps on partner sites and share partner-level optimization reports
  • Share content best practices and provide training to partners
  • Onboard partners on our syndication process
  • Identify bugs and content gaps, and provide feedback to internal teams
  • Monitor the use of our etail toolkit and drive timely NPI execution
  • Provide first-line support for content queries
  • Check local language translations on content and keywords
  • Track improvements and optimizations, and provide ROI estimations
  • Map current ratings and reviews landscape, and share best practices
  • Review partner KPI dashboards and provide performance analysis and optimization recommendations
  • Follow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing execution
Requirements
  • Native or proficient in required language with advanced English
  • University degree in marketing, ecommerce, business administration preferred but other degrees will be considered
  • Min. one year of related online sales and/or digital content management experience
  • Excellent negotiation, management, and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent presentation skills
  • Good computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.)
  • Drive to work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization
