Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our Social & Engagement business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

As a Content Creator, you will work closely with our teams across offices to translate briefs into digital content plans that meet brand objectives. You will also be responsible for client relationship management, helping to understand brand needs and offering smart content and social media tactics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital content strategies that drive engagement and conversions
  • Working closely with teams across offices to translate briefs into digital content plans
  • Client relationship management: understanding brand needs and offering smart content and social media tactics
  • Helping to write and produce content for different projects
  • Helping to elaborate KPIs reports and benchmarks
  • Managing social media conversations, social engagement, and/or social customer service through specific tools and workflows
  • Collaborating with content and creative teams to create awesome digital & social media ideas and campaigns
  • Helping to elaborate presentations and slide decks for clients and for internal use

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual who is passionate about digital marketing and social media. If you have a strong understanding of digital communication and brand strategy, and are able to bring clear insights into visual presentations, we want to hear from you.
