About the Role

As a Global Product Engineer - Microsoft 365 and Security at SoftwareONE USA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions and services within the Microsoft Center of Excellence. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Security, as well as excellent collaboration and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the engineering efforts of creating repeatable Secure Microsoft 365 solutions and accelerators.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft to realize joint Security offerings and ensure our offerings are at the cutting edge of technology and market needs.
  • Work closely with internal Centres of Excellence and service units to promote integration and synergy across our joined initiatives.
  • Implement delivery and product strategies that align with our corporate goals, driving growth and thought leadership in the M365 and Security space.
  • Elevate our delivery efforts by being a trusted advisor in the development of proposals, solution designs, and architectures.
  • Contribute to our Microsoft Advisory services, employing our established methodology and delivery toolkit.
  • Champion the development of our Microsoft 365 and Security Portfolio, setting global delivery and engineering standards.
Requirements
  • Long-standing experience in building or delivering solutions based on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security as an engineer.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with cutting-edge and legacy Security technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to implement identity security measures and endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of Security concepts like Zero Trust, Threat Protection, Data Protection, SecOps and regulation like NIS2, DORA, CISA.
  • Experience in service delivery model design and execution.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence) for documentation and product management.
  • Microsoft Certifications proving the theoretical knowledge, preferably SC-100 and MS-102 or current equivalents.
