About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Expert to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering cloud-native microservices for our high-scalable SaaS platform.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Translate business requirements into actionable software solutions.
  2. Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure cloud-native microservices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  4. Participate in the test phase, from unit testing to system integration testing.
  5. Analyze performance bottlenecks and stability issues to improve overall system performance.
  6. Contribute to the product release delivery process and participate in L3 support and bug fixes.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong execution mindset.
  2. 3+ years of experience working with modern agile product development teams.
  3. CS, EE, or CE degree and a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
  4. Practical experience developing RESTful APIs in distributed systems.
  5. Proficiency with one or more programming languages, with Java (with Spring Boot/Micronaut) being a plus.
  6. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and monitoring skills with experience in modern tools.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical partners.
  8. Experience working with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  9. Professional-level English spoken and written.

Desirable Skills

  1. Experience with containers (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
  2. Experience with DBMS (e.g. ClickHouse).
  3. Experience dealing with event-driven architectures and message brokers.
  4. Experience with orchestration tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform).
  5. Expertise in at least one cloud platform (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  6. Experience with NoSQL databases.
  7. Contribution to open-source projects.
