About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to lead the technical aspects of our Urban Projects in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for piloting the technical scope of the project, managing technical risks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Scope Management: Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and that the project solution is aligned with the customer's needs.
  • Technical Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks associated with the project, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Solution Design: Design and develop the project solution, ensuring that it meets the customer's requirements and is aligned with the company's technical standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that the project is delivered successfully.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, project managers, and other team members, to ensure that all technical aspects of the project are understood and aligned.
Requirements
  • Engineering Background: A strong engineering background, with a degree in a relevant field such as mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
  • Project Management Experience: Previous experience in project management, with a focus on technical scope management and risk management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with experience in project solution design, technical risk management, and team leadership.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of technical terminology and concepts.
