Objetivo del puesto:
Tu misión como Asesor/a de Ventas será ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes, transmitir con entusiasmo la esencia de nuestra marca, ayudarles a encontrar lo que desean con amabilidad y eficacia, alcanzar los objetivos comerciales y mantener la organización y actualización de los productos.
Es fundamental que cada cliente viva y comparta la esencia de nuestra marca, para que desee regresar a nuestras tiendas. Tu contribución es esencial para lograrlo.
Responsabilidades del puesto:
- Experiencia del cliente: Atraer y fidelizar a los clientes proporcionando un servicio excepcional que refleje los valores de la marca.
- Ventas: Cumplir con los objetivos comerciales y KPIs comunicando el valor distintivo de la marca.
- Operaciones de la tienda: Colaborar en equipo, realizar inventarios, gestionar el stock y la caja, generar informes diarios, entre otras actividades para el correcto funcionamiento del punto de venta.
- Imagen de la tienda: Mantener el orden y la presentación visual, así como la actualización de los productos para ofrecer un servicio de calidad.
- Encaje cultural: Promover un ambiente de trabajo positivo basado en la colaboración y el trabajo en equipo.

Perfil deseado:
Buscamos una persona servicial, amable, con una actitud positiva, entusiasta, capaz de conectar con los clientes, deseosa de adquirir nuevas habilidades y conocimientos sobre productos, y apasionada por la moda.
Lo que se requiere para tener éxito en este puesto:
- Al menos dos años de experiencia relevante en el sector minorista de moda.
- Se valorará el dominio del inglés y otros idiomas.
- Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo, mentalidad comercial y habilidades de comunicación.
