Job Summary

As a UI/UX Designer at Thirtyfirstunion, you will have a significant role in shaping the user experience and visual language to support both the art and overall game design on our project.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop strong UI abilities that demonstrate a grasp and understanding of the needs of UI in an interactive game experience.
  2. Work collaboratively with others from diverse disciplines like design, art, and engineering to craft a rich and immersive interactive experience.
  3. Prioritize, plan, and organize UI asset creation, working with development partners on how best to deliver and execute on the creative vision.
  4. Ensure delivery of Triple-A game quality visuals.
  5. Proficiency in production software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other equivalent software for asset generation is required.
  6. Motion graphics and animation proficiency is a major plus.
  7. Able to work and communicate in English.

Requirements

  1. Strong UI abilities that demonstrate a strong grasp and understanding of the needs of UI in an interactive game experience.
  2. Well Organized.
  3. Strong communication and writing skills.
  4. Experience in a prototyping software (Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Axure RP, Figma, etc.).
  5. Experience working in game engines (e.g. UE4, Unity, and other proprietary or commercial engines), design toolsets and production pipelines is strongly desired; Scripting knowledge is a major plus (Blueprints or other).
  6. Able to prioritize, plan, and organize UI asset creation, working with development partners on how best to deliver and execute on the creative vision and ensuring delivery of Triple-A game quality visuals.
  7. Proficiency in production software such as Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent software for asset generation) is required; Motion graphics and animation proficiency is a major plus.
  8. Knowledge in 3D is a plus but not required.
  9. Able to work and communicate in English.
