Your Role

As a Senior International Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that enhance project operations on a global scale. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with various stakeholders to improve performance and ensure seamless integration between local operations and product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives aimed at expanding international project operations.
  • Engage with stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with partners, including local project managers and product teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects, troubleshoot issues, and implement strategies to meet objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between local operations and product teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Initiate and participate in innovative projects that require creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Take ownership of initiatives, validating their effectiveness and preparing for potential scaling or discontinuation.

Qualifications for Success

  • 4-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in leading product initiatives.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to coordinate various components of a successful project.
  • Understanding of user journey stages, including acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong analytical skills to provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, fostering relationships with local and global teams.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
