Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Project Manager to join our Global Sustainability team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading big impact projects, improving audit processes for suppliers, and developing policies and guidelines for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale sustainability projects, such as electrification strategies and alternative production methods.
  • Develop and improve audit processes for suppliers to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
  • Design and implement policies, guidelines, and processes for sustainability, including social and governance aspects.
  • Lead Instabee's sustainability community and collaborate with champions to drive sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with CSRD regulations and future upcoming sustainability standards.
  • Benchmark analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in sustainability, with a track record of successfully leading and implementing large and complex projects.
  • Strong interest in sustainability and experience working with sustainability initiatives.
  • Experience driving projects in agile tech environments, with a deep understanding of what makes projects successful.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to identify issues and solve them.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization and understand business priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in Swedish a plus.
  • University education in a relevant field.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
