We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Project Manager to join our team at DuPont Water Solutions in EMEA. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for growing our business within the region and providing commercial and technical support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial and Technical Support: Provide commercial and technical support to the team in the proposal phase, including sizing, design, costing, and document preparation for proposal submittal and execution.
- Projections and System Designs: Develop projections and system designs for OEMs, ensuring alignment with our product lines.
- Commercial and Technical Clarification: Provide commercial and technical clarification of purchase orders and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Backoffice Support: Provide backoffice support to on-site technicians in the execution phase, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Customer and Sales Liaison: Serve as a liaison between customers and sales teams, providing communication and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead Management and Distribution: Manage and distribute leads to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Direct Quotations: Provide direct quotations for baseline customers and spare parts, aligning with involved functions.
- Proposal Preparation: Support in the preparation of complex proposals for projects, including large projects.
- Product Guidance and Selection: Provide product guidance and selection support to customers, ensuring alignment with our product portfolio.
- Quotation and Contract Preparation: Elaborate and submit quotations, contracts, and documents for tenders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Support forecasting and reporting activities, including customer-specific SAP/Salesforce evaluations.
- Technical Specialist Support: Receive input and support from Technical Specialists (TS&D) to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
- Cross-Functional Activities: Support cross-functional activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
- 3-5 Years of Experience: Have 3-5 years of work experience in technical/commercial functions, such as Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Service, or Project Management in water treatment.
- Commercial and Technical Experience: Possess profound commercial and technical experience with UF/MBR & RO technologies.
- Technical Understanding: Have a solid technical understanding of water treatment technologies.
- Software Skills: Possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other tools, such as Salesforce, CPQ, and SAP.
- Language Skills: Be fluent in Spanish and English, with other languages highly welcome.
