Descripción del Puesto

LaMagnética busca un Digital Project Manager para unirse a su equipo de profesionales apasionados por la transformación digital. En este rol, serás responsable de liderar proyectos de marketing digital de manera efectiva, asegurando la calidad y la rentabilidad de los resultados.

Responsabilidades
  • Liderar proyectos de marketing digital desde la planificación hasta la ejecución.
  • Definir tácticas y procesos para la buena ejecución de los proyectos.
  • Monitorear los indicadores de rendimiento de equipo y proyecto.
  • Escuchar y analizar la problemática de los clientes para diseñar estrategias efectivas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de especialistas para desarrollar proyectos de Business Intelligence, consultoría de datos, proyectos de performance marketing, digitalización, diseño y desarrollo web, entre otros.
Requisitos
  • Al menos 3-4 años de experiencia trabajando en una agencia digital.
  • Conocimiento en marketing digital y negocio.
  • Experiencia con Google Analytics y dominio de Excel.
  • Capacidad de comunicación efectiva, tanto oral como escrita.
  • Dotes de liderazgo y visión de negocio y empresa.
  • Amar por el orden y los procesos.
