Atir is seeking a highly skilled BMS Control Programmer to join our team of experts in designing, developing, and implementing building management systems for telecommunications infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our BMS systems meet the highest technical and operational standards, contributing to the success of our network operations and communication services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement trend control systems and systems from manufacturers like Schneider, Ignition, and Niagara.
  • Develop project documentation for internal purposes and clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Provide technical maintenance support to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Design control solutions for companies, leveraging your expertise in BMS and automation.
  • Communicate effectively with operators and service companies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive communication and security audit reports to inform business decisions.
  • Offer specialized support for creating commercial proposals, providing presales support to clients.
  • Meet established deadlines and adhere to estimated times for task completion.
  • Resolve level 3 incidents efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Collaborate directly with clients, including delivery of commercial proposals, price negotiation, and work planning organization.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO 27001 standards, upholding our commitment to quality and security.

**Requirements:**

  • Proficient in interpreting technical specifications, blueprints, and measurement tables.
  • Language proficiency in Spanish, English, or German, with a preference for at least two languages.
  • Strong knowledge in BMS, automation, and control, with experience in PLC programming.
  • High proficiency in office and design tools, including Office, Autocad, Presto, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with BIM and MS Project, with a high level of English proficiency (minimum B2).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in large projects, with a background in project sales support.
