About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our MEP team, you will be responsible for designing and engineering building heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, as well as energy conservation and sustainability solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and engineering of building HVAC systems, including energy conservation and sustainability solutions.
  • Design various mechanical systems and provisions of building services for different sectors, including commercial, institutional, municipal, industrial, military, and healthcare facilities.
  • Perform studies to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of design alternatives and recommend alternatives for implementation.
  • Develop designs for a wide variety of projects, including technical specifications, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Prepare design-related calculations and verify compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards/practices.
  • Perform condition assessments, site visits, and construction inspections as needed.
  • Coordinate with other in-house engineering disciplines as needed.
Requirements
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
  • Master's degree (BS) preferred.
