Job Opportunity in Multinational Accounting

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant or Senior Accountant to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Direct interaction with clients across various sectors and sizes, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Financial Analysis: Preparation, analysis, and review of clients' general accounting, including suppliers, clients, accounting entries, provisions, prepayments, banks, and fixed assets.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Preparation of reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, and additional information requested by clients.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Preparation of necessary documentation and information to compile and present recurrent obligations of clients.
  • Annual Accounts and Official Books: Support in the preparation of annual accounts and official books.
  • Process Improvement: Support in the automation, standardization, and improvement of internal accounting processes.
  • Functional Support: Support in any of the functional areas defined in the department, depending on your skills.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or economics.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounting, with 4-5 years of experience required for Senior roles.
  • Postgraduate Studies: Postgraduate studies will be positively valued.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP and Excel.
  • Language Skills: Good oral and written communication in English (B2 or higher), with the ability to maintain a business conversation.
  • Soft Skills: Interest and ability to multi-task in a multi-disciplinary environment, ability to prioritize workload, and ability to work with strict reporting deadlines.
  • Team Management: Team management experience is required for Senior roles.
