CONTENT MARKETING SPECIALIST
Siliconhr is seeking a skilled content marketing specialist to become a vital part of our innovative and diverse content team. The main focus of this position is to manage our internal blog: generate topic ideas based on SEO strategies, compose and publish three articles weekly, oversee a content calendar, and facilitate distribution across social media platforms. Additionally, this role encompasses strategic content development for brand initiatives, from conception to implementation. This individual will also occasionally cover events, refine articles, and contribute to social media content.
Creativity is essential for this position. We are in search of someone who can produce captivating content that is strategic and consistently aligns with our brand's voice and tone. If you are an experienced writer with a keen eye for detail, we would love to connect with you. Please submit up to three writing samples to showcase your best work, and feel free to include links to your portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Take full ownership of our internal blog, managing topic selection, writing, SEO, publication, and distribution.
● Collaborate with marketing managers on brand initiatives, from brainstorming to adaptation across various marketing channels.
● Craft clear and engaging copy for social media posts, video scripts, web pages, infographics, and more.
● Review and edit content produced by other members of the editorial team.
● Conduct keyword research and stay informed on SEO best practices to enhance content (including inlinks and outlinks, headings and subheadings, sentence and paragraph length, etc.).
● Master the brand voice and ensure strict adherence to our Style Guide across all written materials.
Requirements:
● A bachelor's or master's degree in a field related to journalism, English, digital marketing, or communications.
● A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as a copywriter or content creator, ideally for a blog or digital publication.
● Proficient writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
● Ability to communicate in Spanish.
● Experience in content strategy, SEO, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is essential.
● Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
● Capability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
● A self-driven, inquisitive, confident, and creative personality.
● Must be eligible to work in Spain and reside in Madrid.
