Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Backend Developer to join our team at Admiral Europe Tech. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating complex web applications using J2EE and Web Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality J2EE programs
  • Model and implement databases using ORACLE, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL
  • Develop and integrate complex modules using Web Services, REST, and SOAP
  • Test and integrate applications using Agile Scrum processes
  • Improve CI/CD processes and implement best practices
  • Support estimation and completion of backlogs
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • 5+ years of experience in development teams
  • Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, GIT, and Jenkins
  • Web Services, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Selenium, and JUnit
  • Agile methodologies and Scrum knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and influence junior team members
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Angular and AWS
  • Automated testing experience with Selenium
  • SCJP and Scrum Certification
  • Good communication skills in English (B2 level)
