We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Welocalize. As a key member of our Sourcing & Talent Function, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable resources for our organization.
Main Responsibilities- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Attract new talent into Welocalize's Talent Community by leveraging various recruitment channels and market-specific strategies.
- Pre-Hire Experience: Offer an engaging experience to candidates, from application to interviewing, ensuring they are supported and accompanied throughout the qualification process.
- Recruitment Channel Development: Continuously research and improve our recruitment channels to ensure we are reaching the best talent in the market.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an analytical attitude to ensure pipeline behaviors are within our standards and provide excellent reporting skills on pipeline status, predictions, blockers, and other related analytics.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Have a proactive attitude to analyze pipeline behaviors and implement different strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Functional Strategy Definition: Support functional strategy definition and implementation, being able to analyze and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, often concluding reporting and negotiation of campaign-specific topics.
- Candidate Support: Support candidates with any type of questions or assistance needed during their application process.
- Employer Branding: Get involved in social media strategy and employer branding at the recruitment level.
- Experience: At least 5 years' relevant experience in the functional areas.
- Industry Knowledge: 3 years' experience in language services industry markets and/or AI Data providers.
- Skills: Flexible, creative, and open-minded, able to adapt in a fast-changing and growing market. Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ability to adapt to business needs.
- Personal Qualities: Good communication skills, attention to detail, self-driven, and meeting tight deadlines are essential. An objective, problem-solving mindset, mental flexibility, and a 'can-do' attitude, having solution-oriented approach to every challenge.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
- Quality: Naturally inclined towards quality in all areas of responsibility.
- Communication: Persuasive communicator with a focus on transparency and building relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Problem solver with a drive for continuous process improvement.
