Ferrovial is seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's technology strategy and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Global Enterprise Architecture Manager to develop a comprehensive architecture strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Cloud Program Management: Work closely with the Journey to Cloud Program Manager to ensure the successful execution of the cloud program.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of internal IT specialists and work with them to define technical workstreams, provide strategic influence, and align technical vision with industry best practices.
- Architecture Delivery: Coordinate and lead technical workstreams to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.
- Technical Risk Management: Identify technical risks, challenges, and dependencies, and propose mitigation plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP 4/HANA ecosystems deployed on cloud environments and connected to on-premise applications.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and industry best practices.
