About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our Product Management & Design (PMD) Team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will work on the product management of key features of our platform, focusing on customer request analysis, product feature definition, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feature Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design, and business teams, to gather product requirements. Articulate feature specifications and user stories.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and help achieve a smooth development process. Proactively analyze engineering blockers with developers and find alternative solutions to identified use cases.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate initiative status, updates, and key milestones to business stakeholders. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure a shared understanding of product goals.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management for B2B software solutions.
  • Technical knowledge with the ability to understand and communicate technical requirements and issues.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira) and product management software (such as ProductBoard).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent speaker of English and Spanish.
  • Attention to detail and information hierarchy, excellent communication skills to articulate insights and thoughtful approaches to problem-solving.
  • Commitment to collaboration and enthusiasm for creative thinking.
