About the Role

As a Program Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our global business. You will be responsible for designing and launching new programs that meet the needs of our customers, while also overseeing existing programs and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch programs and monitor performance metrics to ensure successful delivery of key objectives.
  • Use data to understand operational challenges and create continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage best practices.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in overcoming challenges and driving progress.
  • Manage stakeholders and internal processes, and define standards.
About the Team

Amazon's Transportation Service (ATS) team is a diverse and dynamic group that plays a central role in our success. As part of ATS, you will be welcomed into a team that uses air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience leading cross-functional programs or projects using project-management methodologies.
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Relevant experience leading complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
