Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Analyst to join our Digital Infra team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing valuation models and conducting investment analysis to support our company's decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform economic and financial analysis and valuation of investment and divestment projects in collaboration with business development, financing, taxation, external advisors, and partners.
  • Build, develop, and work with financial models that guide decisions in acquisition, bidding, and financing processes.
  • Prepare in-depth analysis and presentations to senior management as part of Ferrovial's investment approval process.
  • Prepare Project Information Memorandum to present the project to lenders, rating agencies, equity investors, or any other third parties.
