We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Technology Lead to join our EMEA team at IQVIA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering MDM solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement MDM strategies that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver MDM solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise on MDM technologies and best practices
- Lead the development of MDM roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals
- Manage and supervise MDM initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Engage with clients as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on MDM-related matters
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in MDM consulting or product ownership/project management
- Proven expertise in MDM technologies, including data governance and data quality
- Excellent project management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
