Product Manager Salesforce Cloud

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Social You. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our business owners, marketing teams, and external contractors to create, optimize, and deliver campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations. You will analyze business needs, identify new features, and work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications to implement and develop CloudPages, create customer journeys with Journey Builder, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business needs and identify new features to take advantage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities
  • Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications to configure artificial intelligence, implement and develop CloudPages, and create customer journeys
  • Define digital marketing metrics for campaigns and manage marketing channels with a focus on email
  • Analyze data, especially customer data, to measure and optimize campaigns and workflows
  • Identify architectural topics and optimization potentials for process design, solution development, and IT deployment
  • Manage the product backlog and define and prioritize features for the feature sprint
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud systems and ecom platforms. You should have experience with initiating and implementing features and campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, as well as practical experience with database systems (SQL). You should also be familiar with Google Analytics and channel tracking events, and have knowledge of HTML and basic knowledge of javascript, Java, JSP, or PHP.
