Job Title: Homologation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Homologation Engineer to join our team at Applus IDIADA. As a key member of our Homologation department, you will be responsible for performing activities within the scope of projects related to ADAS systems, Automated Vehicle, and related vehicle regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of manufacturer's documentation
  • Prototype assessment, preparation, instrumentation, and test
  • Analysis of test results
  • Homologation reports
  • Manage the whole approval process, including multidisciplinary teams
  • Meetings with manufacturers and approval authorities
  • Participation in R+D projects

Qualifications:

Education:
Degree in Industrial/mechanical/telecommunications/electronics/IT/aeronautical engineering. (MSc valued)
Other engineering degrees or master acceptable depending on competences and experience.

Experience:
Experience in automotive engineering valuable.
Knowledge or experience in quality control, regulation, or standards.
Knowledge or experience in measuring systems, procedures, and equipment.
Knowledge in new automotive technologies related to General Safety Regulation 2: intelligent vehicle safety and dynamic systems

Language:
High level of English (other languages valued, French, Italian, German, etc.).
