About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at Addyou, a multinational retail company based in Madrid. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in leading an international e-learning project for digital skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic planning, projection, and animation of training projects, designing strategic objectives to meet the mission and vision of Addyou.
  • Design and develop innovative and high-quality educational content that engages and excites our audience.
  • Propose or develop new projects ensuring consistency with the Addyou project.
  • Coordinate the implementation of internal projects, documenting progress and making corrective decisions as needed.
  • Plan interim deliveries and progress information to receive continuous feedback from the team leader.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Ensure projects are properly closed and lead, manage, and follow up on ongoing projects.
  • Accompany and guide team members in charge of carrying out new validated projects.
  • Continuously encourage and motivate project members, providing adequate training or coaching as needed.
  • Monitor project phases and milestones, tracking time, costs, quality, and risks.
