About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at Addyou. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing e-learning projects that meet the needs of our global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative and high-quality educational content that engages and excites our audience
  • Propose or develop new projects ensuring consistency with our company's project goals
  • Coordinate the step-by-step implementation of internal projects, making necessary consultations and analysis
  • Document project progress, making corrective decisions or proposing solutions
  • Plan interim deliveries or progress information to receive continuous feedback from your Team Leader and minimize errors
  • Coordinate with different teams, if necessary, the training process to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Ensure that projects are properly and formally closed
  • Lead, manage, and follow up on different projects you are in charge of
  • Accompany and guide people in charge of carrying out new validated projects
  • Continuously encourage consolidated projects, motivating their members, taking care of their adequate training or coaching, and solving eventual problems
  • Follow up on different phases and milestones of ongoing projects, monitoring time, costs, quality, and risks
  • Provide timely and accurate follow-up for their smooth progress
  • Establish evaluation systems for different ongoing projects to make decisions on them
  • Favor instances to generate feedback that help the growth of projects
  • Ensure communication at all levels (internal and external) by sharing on different projects
  • Ensure communication at all levels internally: visibility and progress to teams impacted by the project in question
  • Encourage communication with external parties (suppliers) to keep them informed, give continuity to projects, and maintain our ties in a lasting way
  • Update different platforms/channels where there is information related to projects
  • Receive feedback from those involved in different projects already executed to make continuous improvement plans
  • Network with different People International and external teams on issues within your area of responsibility
  • Keep updated on market trends in e-learning and development
  • Learn and share in a network to stay up to date
  • Stay connected with other colleagues internationally (Update/News)
  • Have a network created (internal/external) to have the necessary resources when needed
  • Keep in touch with different teams of experts to identify new opportunities for improvement in future projects already implemented
  • Guarantee and develop the results of different projects according to the agreed resources
  • Commit with your leader to achieve the SMART objectives you have set for yourself
  • Estimate and present the time and resources needed for the implementation/development of different projects
  • Define the budget and get the best performance out of it
  • Guarantee the timely supply of the resources required by projects, verifying that they are requested in a timely manner and according to the procedures established by our internal policies to achieve the objectives set
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in developing e-learning projects in international projects
  • Knowledge or training in Pedagogy
  • Residence in Madrid or near
  • Demonstrated experience in video editing and familiarity with advanced editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of theories, models, and best practices of instructional design
  • Experience working in international environments or projects
  • Very high level of English
