Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Philips. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers on-site, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Identify stakeholders in other departments to establish cooperative interactions and understand workflows to meet customer needs.
  • Deliver remote and on-site support to customers, including on-site coverage and technical assistance.
  • Act as a vital link in the escalation process to the Remote Support Centre (RSC), maintaining problem ownership and updating technical documentation.
  • Set the highest standards for customer communication and documentation, adhering to company Working Practices and Health & Safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience with PACS and/or RIS Health products is desirable.
  • Technical background and university degree are valued.
  • Basic experience with Oracle or SQL databases, Unix, and Windows is required.
  • Experience of working remotely supporting software is essential.
  • Language skills: Native Spanish, Advanced English.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
