About the Role

Ryanair Holdings plc, a leading European airline group, is seeking a highly skilled GDPR Admin Support to join its Customer Service Operations department.

The successful candidate will be based at Ryanair's Madrid office and will report to the CS GDPR Legal Executive within the Customer Service Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Data Subject Access requests (DSAR), addressing all the claims behind the request when related to e.g., EU261 and Refund claims.
  • Assist the Data Protection Team with the investigation of data breaches and coordinate data breach response.
  • Provide regular support to the Customer Service Legal team and DPO.
  • Assist the CS GDPR Legal Executive to identify causes of GDPR escalations and collaborate with relevant teams to improve processes to prevent these.
  • Work on a variety of ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Interest in GDPR regulation.
  • Ability to deal with tight deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Numerate and comfortable working with data.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Interest in the airlines industry and operations.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in multiple European languages would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and show initiative.
  • Strong organization and planning skills, this is a busy role with a large volume of work.
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
