We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and contributing to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities- Analyze client needs and develop targeted search plans to meet their requirements
- Source and identify top talent through various channels, including our extensive network and social media platforms
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch
- Proficient-level proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
