About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Channel Manager to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our global entertainment leadership team, you will be responsible for optimizing processes within our marketplace teams to improve their performance, leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve marketplace performance, including process optimization and data-driven decision making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  3. Measure and analyze performance metrics to optimize resource allocation and team outcomes.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.
  5. Maintain a high sense of ownership, urgency, and drive to meet business goals and objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  3. Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish language skills.
  4. Strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel and data analysis (SQL/Python).
  5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a bias towards data-driven decision making.
  6. Strong lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  1. A higher degree (Master's, PhD) in a relevant field.
  2. Digital marketing background, with experience in social paid platforms.
