At INBRAIN Neuroelectronics, we're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our commercial Medical Devices projects in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing project execution from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute project plans, tasks, resources, and budgets.
- Develop and implement project coordination structures and communication plans.
- Lead planning and management of critical initiatives across the development team.
- Liaise with the Technical Lead to manage sub-contractors within the project.
- Foster smooth communication between the project team and other functions of the organization.
- Ensure high-quality delivery while complying with procedures and regulations.
- Support the development and deployment of best practices in risk management, new product introduction, and production.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Organize and lead project team meetings to discuss progress, risks, and next steps.
- Report project status updates and support the Program Manager in facilitating cross-functional and management team meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry and at least 3 years of project management experience.
- Track record of project management execution in MedTech.
- Healthcare experience in the development of medical devices.
- Prior experience working for a MedTech company whose products and processes are CE and FDA-regulated.
- Energetic person with excellent written, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively present information to other functions of the business.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
