Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced M&A Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the implementation of our growth strategy, coordinating and executing M&A operations as a project manager in different geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and coordinate operations for the acquisition of energy projects.
  2. Coordinate and manage the execution of transactions in case of being awarded.
  3. Negotiate purchase contracts together with the legal department.
  4. Act as a point of contact for Ferrovial's financing department, supporting and coordinating the Due Diligence phase.
  5. Follow up and supervise compliance with contract conditions until closing.
  6. Facilitate information flow between finance, analytics, development, legal, and technical departments during the transaction process.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering, with subsequent training in finance, and a high knowledge of project finance.
  2. Master's Degree in Finance or an MBA from a prestigious business school or CFA is a plus.
  3. Experience in M&A transactions in the infrastructure sector with complex financing structures is essential.
  4. A very high level of English is essential.
  5. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
