Job Description

In the architecture of Sd Worx Enterprise tooling, Salesforce plays a vital role. As our Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the Salesforce Suite, making it more user-friendly and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate functional requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions, ensuring users understand and are satisfied with Salesforce configurations.
  • Gather business requirements, including workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and refine business user stories, sharing insights with Product Owners.
  • Develop and maintain current and future business process flows for internal use and Sd Worx' business.
  • Use Agile methodology to track projects and collaborate with stakeholders, including Support Squad, Product Owners, and business owners.
  • Perform manual user acceptance testing to ensure products meet requirements and function correctly.
  • Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Ensure minimal bugs in the Salesforce Suite and provide technical support to resolve configuration defects.
  • Assess readiness to deploy each release and stay informed about Salesforce technology stack developments.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring targets are met, and create test plans, documents, and evaluate testing results.
  • Check the usability of products and ensure the best way to solve QA arising problems.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in IT or IT-related fields or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and initiative-taking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration with proven work experience.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Agile thinking and working.
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to liaise with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment.
