  2. Team Leadership: Coach ad success specialists to develop advertising solutions that will deliver high impact.
  3. Performance Improvement: Define metrics to help improve advertising solutions, provide insights to Sales teams, and grow business.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly/quarterly reviews and business documents.
  5. Goal Setting: Set stretch goals and deliver against them on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  6. Team Growth: Hire, groom, and grow team members.
A Day in the Life

As a Strategic Advertising Leader, you will work closely with your teams to:

  1. Develop and Scale Programs: Build and scale programs that eliminate barriers to Advertiser success and help grow their business.
  2. Coach and Mentor: Coach ad success specialists to develop advertising solutions that will deliver high impact.
  3. Improve Performance: Define metrics to help improve advertising solutions, provide insights to Sales teams, and grow business.
  4. Prepare Reports: Prepare weekly/quarterly reviews and business documents.
  5. Set Goals: Set stretch goals and deliver against them on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  6. Grow the Team: Hire, groom, and grow team members.
About the Team

Amazon's Advertiser Success Team has functional expertise in campaign optimization, account management, market analysis, and program management. We work closely with Advertisers, Account Managers, Account Executives, and Product & Program Managers to champion the voice of customers in the organization and influence the product roadmap to enhance customer experience and help them improve their business through advertising.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required.
  2. Digital Advertising Knowledge: Knowledge of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics is essential.
  3. Data Analysis: Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers is required.
  4. Stakeholder Influence: Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders is necessary.
  5. Technical Skills: Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster, or Salesforce is preferred.
