Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Equip our sales team with compelling marketing content and campaigns to drive sales performance.
- Support outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content creation, advertising, and event planning.
- Lead and execute promotional events and campaigns to engage our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Assume individual tasks as assigned to support the marketing plan.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign success to inform future marketing strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager position.
- Thorough understanding of marketing principles, including traditional and digital marketing channels, and market research methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analysis and tools.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Exceptional communication and writing abilities.
- Creative and commercially-minded approach.

- Proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and English languages.
