Position Overview
As a Strategic Business Consultant at Ryanair Labs, you will collaborate closely with business leaders throughout the entire process, from the initial discovery phase to the successful implementation of innovative products that align with Ryanair's strategic objectives. Within an agile development framework, you will be instrumental in defining and shaping project scopes and delivery methodologies. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to convert strategic goals into actionable project specifications.
- Transform high-level business needs into detailed user stories, working collaboratively within an agile development team to launch new products.
- Partner with product owners to curate and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
- Collaborate with scrum masters to ensure that requirements are managed in accordance with agile best practices.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Process Design and Business Analysis.
