About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert - Microsoft 365 to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will provide technical expertise in designing and deploying secure Microsoft 365 security service ownership, including cloud solutions related to Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing security capabilities and changes in the digital business and threat landscape to define a roadmap and strategy for security enhancements and implementation of solutions.
- Develop and document security reference architectures, design patterns, roadmaps, and other architectural artifacts aligned with policies, standards, and industry best practices to leverage security capabilities and implement Information Security controls in projects and operations.
- Benchmark and select security products and deploy proofs of concept to decide on new security capabilities to be deployed.
- Participate in application and infrastructure projects to help define the security model and adopt and promote a security-by-design approach with stakeholders on all levels.
- Work closely with peers and colleagues across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Operations, and Governance to ensure that implementation and operations are aligned with security standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity trends and market developments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in Cybersecurity and 5+ years in IT.
- Experience as a Cybersecurity engineer and familiarity with various technologies on-premises/in the cloud, as well as their security aspects, most importantly Microsoft 365 security toolsets.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 security solutions and topics.
- Relevant industry certifications for Microsoft 365 or equivalent, such as SANS/GIAC, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or a degree in Computer Science.
- Experience in project management and technology consulting.
- Advanced English, communication, and negotiation skills, including clear and concise communication, and the ability to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise.
