We are seeking a highly skilled German Language Specialist to join our team as a Live Expert. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations via video calls to showcase our products and services to customers.
- Boost sales and market share through interactions with customers, providing them with expert product knowledge and guidance.
- Deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain expert product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest products and services.
- Handle inventory management, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and delivered to customers.
- Stay updated with training, attending workshops and webinars to improve skills and knowledge.
- Offer market insights and feedback, providing valuable insights to help us improve our products and services.
- Engage in video presentations, scriptwriting, and translations, creating engaging content for our customers.
- Create and deliver training content, helping to educate our customers on our products and services.
- Provide support to the call center and assist with other tasks, including potential out-of-hours work.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service / sales roles.
- Academic degree will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuade.
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone).
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set.
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner.
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
- Strong sales & customer-oriented mindset.
