Job Title: Assistant Warehouse In Charge

Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Warehouse In Charge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports, including physical counts, stock requisitions, and condemnation reports.
  • Supervise the duties and responsibilities of delivery drivers and helpers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Responsible for the receipt and issuance of inventory, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and approved.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of stocks during ex-truck liquidation, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory stock ledgers and record files of all inventory control documents.
  • Assist in conducting physical counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Logistics, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
