**Job Summary**

Organon is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Supply Chain Operations in Europe. As a key member of the Commercial Leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the in-market Supply Chain operations across various European countries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Supply Chain strategy to drive business growth and profitability in Europe.
  • Manage and optimize Supply Chain budgets and costs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Represent Supply Chain interests in Commercial Leadership teams and drive collaboration to achieve business goals.
  • Lead demand management, local and regional demand review, and regional support of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Oversee Order Management and Fulfillment for the entire region and supply outside of the region.
  • Manage Logistics operations and Transport, including 3rd Party Logistics Providers, Custom Brokers, and Freight Forwarding.
  • Ensure Import and Export Operations and Trade Compliance within the region.
  • Drive Performance and Cost Analytics to optimize service and performance ratios.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the execution of strategic projects within Supply Chain operations.
  • Implement Supply Chain Strategy and support Commercial and Financial targets within the Region.
  • Provide functional leadership and direction to personnel within the scope of responsibility.
  • Ensure quality and compliant Supply Chain operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations, including demand management, order management, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across functions.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Experience with digital logistics and innovative solutions.
