Job Summary

Mediagenix is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Operations Team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of our cloud-based systems, middleware, and software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Cloud Operations Team to ensure the smooth operation of our Customer Cloud environments.
  • Perform maintenance, growth, and operational performance of our Customer Cloud environments.
  • Allocate available resources to ensure performance and availability.
  • Research root causes of incidents, develop solutions, and engage in proactive problem management.
  • Participate in the growth and development of our global Cloud infrastructure assets.

Requirements

  • Experience as an all-round System Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop/server environment, AWS, database services, and scripting skills.
  • Ability to keep up with technological evolutions and willingness to learn our application.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
