About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RAM Engineer to join our team at Alstom Gruppe in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of RAM activities, including RAM planning, reporting, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement RAM plans and reports for projects and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RAM activities are aligned with QCD objectives
  • Conduct RAM studies and provide design recommendations to optimize RAM performance
  • Validate field failure data and issue RAM monitoring reports
  • Participate in reliability growth management processes
Requirements
  • Proficient profile with at least three years of experience in RAM or RAMS functions
  • Desirable: Degree in Dependability (RAM) or related field
  • Good bases in probability & statistics
  • Basic knowledge of data science methods & tools (data mining, machine learning, etc)
  • Good competencies in RAM analysis and prediction techniques on Systems & Products
  • Good knowledge of Signaling principles, architecture and functionality
  • Teamwork and computer literacy
  • Language skills: A full proficient use of English is mandatory
