About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RAM Engineer to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of RAM activities, including RAM planning, reporting, and monitoring.

As a RAM Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to apply the RAM process and methods, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and systems that meet our customers' needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement RAM plans, reports, and monitoring activities to ensure the reliability and maintainability of our products and systems.
  • Collaborate with project management, warranty, and procurement teams to ensure the effective implementation of RAM activities.
  • Apply RAM analysis and prediction techniques to identify areas for improvement and optimize RAM performance.
  • Develop and maintain RAM documentation, including RAM plans, reports, and monitoring activities.
  • Work closely with the Quality function to ensure the effective implementation of reliability growth management processes.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in reliability and maintainability engineering. You will have a degree in engineering and a minimum of two years of experience in the field. Desirable qualifications include a degree in dependability (RAM) and experience in railway signalling.

You will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of probability and statistics, as well as basic knowledge of data science methods and tools.
