Expert Rating Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented German Language Expert to join our team as an Expert Rating Analyst at Welocalize. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve AI-driven online advertising platforms
  • Help establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models
  • Collaborate with a diverse team from different cultural backgrounds who work on various languages
  • Work with data in German and contribute to shaping the future of web-based advertising and AI models

Requirements

  • Experience in AI model relevance, such as data labeling, linguistic annotation, relevance rating, etc.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills with a proven track record of data-based decision making
  • Strong interest and understanding of digital marketing and advertising, especially as it relates to artificial intelligence
  • Ability to effectively summarize complex information, questions, and solutions for various audiences
  • Experience researching and gathering insights, and understanding complex problems across a variety of topics
  • Ability to define, explain, and defend points of view in group discussions
  • Comfortable reviewing and discussing a variety of topics, and motivated to help establish systems and guidelines
