Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Connectivity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our ERP connectors, linking Embat with SAP ERPs. Your expertise in SAP configuration and implementation will be crucial in ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of the connector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of the ERP connector, from development to deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with external development partners to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Manage version control, feature updates, and enhancements for the connector.
  • Provide expert advice on SAP configurations and their impact on connectivity with our platform.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client support related to the ERP connectors.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot client-reported issues, identify root causes, and resolve or escalate them as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience with SAP configuration or implementation projects.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to ERP connectors, SAP configurations, and client-reported incidents.
  • Spanish and English speaker.
