We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Academic Coordinator to join our team at Kids&Us. As a key member of our school, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing the center from a commercial and academic standpoint.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage all daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of our educational programs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Build strong relationships with parents, clients, and teachers, providing exceptional customer service and consultation.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Office to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Proven experience in education, sales, or retail management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team of teachers.
- Good knowledge of English (C1).
- Permanent contract with a competitive salary.
