Academic Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team at Kids&Us. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our students and staff.

• Supervise daily operations and manage the center's commercial and academic aspects.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Build strong relationships with parents, clients, and staff.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Office to enhance brand awareness and credibility.

• Ability to plan and manage activities.
• Excellent customer consultation and commercial relationship-building skills.
• Previous experience in education, commercial, or retail sectors.
• Ability to motivate and manage teachers.
• Good knowledge of English (C1).
