About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Performance & Transformation Team, where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of skills in various fields, including business transformation, process management, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to simplification, automation, and innovation projects across Europe and Latin America.
  • Analyze and suggest improvements to processes to establish the most effective ways of working.
  • Align, prioritize, design, document, deploy, maintain, control, support, and enhance processes and process components to ensure efficient and effective process flows and governance.
  • Utilize data and technology to simplify, automate, and enhance processes and projects.
  • Learn from leading experts in the field of business transformation, performance, and process management and develop your skills towards shaping the world of communication.
Requirements
  • You might be a recent graduate or have two to three years of working experience in a business-to-business environment, with experience or exposure to at least two of the following areas: consultative roles, data analysis with performance or process improvement.
  • You have knowledge and/or experience in design (UI or UX) and application development (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • You acquired a bachelor's or a master's degree, no longer than three years ago, in one of the following fields: business transformation and organizational change, digital technology transformation, data science, web and user experience design, regulation and compliance, or similar.
  • You are an excellent team player, active listener, enthusiastic presenter, problem solver, creative thinker, and change-maker ready to develop new skills.
  • You can demonstrate commitment to strong ethical values and integrity through your experience or interests.
