Key Responsibilities- Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for AI/GenAI adoption, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic plan and Digital Transformation Program.
- Develop and maintain a framework for characterizing AI/GenAI initiatives, identifying synergies and dependencies between them and other strategic programs.
- Ensure alignment with our Portfolio Strategy, Procedures, and Value Impact Model, defining and tracking KPIs for the program and reporting to the Executive Portfolio Committee.
- Identify and orchestrate complementary initiatives where AI/GenAI technologies may not be required, leveraging our Portfolio mechanism to implement changes.
- Define and implement governance and planning processes, including role definition, responsibility assignment, and risk management.
- Support the identification and escalation of AI/GenAI opportunities, collaborating with our AI CoE and Innovation teams.
- Lead the adoption plan during the implementation phase of AI/GenAI use cases, working closely with our Digital Change Management team.
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing Transformation/Innovation Programs.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Technical background and knowledge of Data, AI/GenAI technologies, and use cases.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions.
