Key Responsibilities- Site Management Oversight: Responsible for site management oversight, ensuring compliance with protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Clinical Monitoring: Oversees clinical monitoring activities, including patient recruitment, investigator payments, and other related activities.
- Risk Management: Identifies critical data and process risks, and develops risk mitigations to ensure timely completion of clinical trials.
- Project Coordination: Coordinates with cross-functional teams, including study start-up, patient recruitment, and data management, to ensure delivery of clinical trials.
- Training and Development: Provides training and support to study team members on protocol specifics, case report form completion, and other clinical plans and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensures quality of clinical monitoring, central monitoring, and site management deliverables, and maintains visibility of project progress through approved systems and tracking tools.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong clinical operations experience, with a focus on site management and clinical monitoring.
